Chi Kings and Queens are founded on the 8 principles that carry us throughout our everyday lives. Our passion for Faith, Family, Service, and Leadership has helped us grow not only as sisters and brothers but also as a nationally recognized organization. Here is some background into the lives of our active Founders.

Tonya "L1feLine" Smoot
Tonya is the Ace of the line. She has 4 beautiful children (Noah, Antineasha, Thomas, and DaJe). She was married in 2009 to her husband, Darryl. In her spare time, you can catch her in nature, she loves to camp, kayak, and spend time with her family. She loves to cook and host events. Tonya was named LifeLine by her fellow line sisters for being the lifeline of the organization. She continues to empower every woman she encounters and is there for them in their time of need. Founder Lifeline has over 25 years of experience working in management (child care, hotel, and office). Her experience has allowed her to work closely with the other founders to lead the organization and ensure that leadership training and other professional development is available to all members. She is a business owner of 4 different businesses; 4 Quality Consulting, Personal Progress Fitness, Personal Progress Kids, and Custom Glam Designs. Her joy is to see her sorors starting new businesses, reaching goals, and pushing themselves to be strong women.

Olga "ShowStoppa" Card
Olga M. Card is an experienced big sister with a purpose. Driven by her love of people, she takes pride in being a noteworthy leader in her local community where she serves men, women, boys, and girls. Her passion is to see ALL Win! Olga blessed the earth on October 31, 1980, in Pittsburgh, PA. She later moved to Florida, where she served as Praise and Worship Leader at J.U.M.P. Ministries (Orlando, FL) for over 8 years. Olga believes that God’s love is to be shared on earth now more than ever and she commissions others to join forces to share His love.
During her downtime, you can find her enjoying miming, dancing, stepping, bowling, crafting, teaching and even cross-stitching. With a natural born ability to make people laugh, Olga spreads cheer through funny stories voice clips and video clips. She released her first album, “The Occurrence” in October 2010. Through this project, she was able to vocally pursue her mission. Her mission is to remind women that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, Queens of the highest God destined for greatness and poised for purpose. They don’t call her ShowStoppa for nothing!

Tammie "Level Up" Blake
Tammie T. Blake, born April 4, 1969 “Mom said it was “Good Friday” born in Iowa City, Iowa but raised in Mississippi; a true “country girl”. She is the oldest of three siblings on her mom’s side and three siblings on her dad’s side, a Big Sis for life. She loves to sing, dance, and play board games. She is a little arts & crafts, loves to travel, and watches movies. She is just a big kid at heart, very social, and loves being around people. She married her high school sweetheart, they got married on October 13, 1990. from that union, God grants us our gifts, our two sons. She is now proud to say she is a "GiGi" to a handsome grandson. Growing up, she just wanted to be accepted, she was rejected at birth, verbally abused by so many, talked about because of the color of her skin, mistreated, misused, emotionally neglected ....but God. She asked Him to come into her life at an early age because She did not understand why, but He allowed it, as she grew to know Him, she was accepted, she began to know herself and God showed her how to forgive, be healed and show love, His way. And accept people for who they are and love them the way He did her. In Chi Sigma Delta, the opportunity has come for her to be the SISTER she wants to see.

Andrea "Covergirl" Jones
Andrea Jones was born to military parents on January 12th, 1982. Moving to East Coast states and then overseas at a young age helped her develop a respect for different cultures. Her family settled down in Miami Fl when she was 9 years old, and this is where she currently calls home. In 2003 she had her firstborn, and in 2005 she gave her hand in marriage to Founder Dominic “The Mad Lyr1cist” Jones. Their family became complete in 2008 with the birth of their fourth child. She has always been a Jill of all trades by running multimillion-dollar companies for others and creating her own. She is a creative down to her soul and a woman of many talents. She is the C.E.O. of Mys’tic Production and Entertainment, a company that embodies her “Jill of all trades” persona. Crossing the Emerald Green, Cream, and Old Gold sand in Chi Sigma Delta land on January 25th, 2020, with the ladies of the B.A.A.D. Line, she truly has a love for her organization. After colonizing the Mu Kappa chapter in Miami, she became the chapter’s first president. She went on to continue to work for the sorority and was promoted to Director of Marketing then to National Parliamentarian and then on to Chief Administrative Officer. As this great organization grows, she continues to strive for greatness within the sorority. Her motto is “Walk in excellence, and the rest will come easy.

Dominic "Mad Lyr1cist" Jones
Dominic A. Jones, Scorpio born by nature. He is a Sci-fi and fantasy novel enthusiast. If it is a book, he has read it. Father to 4 (Taj, Sean, Serenity, and Miles). Married since 2005 to one of the Chi Queens Mrs. Andrea “Covergirl” Jones. He has served his country and now is an Army Veteran. He spent a decade at Miami Dade Police Department in a Record Management Unit. He enjoyed the fast pace and even the feeling of public service. He holds an Associate in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Public Administration from Florida International University. Through circumstance, he became self-employed for the first time in 2014, his desire would have been to do so sooner in life. He never tires to help people and it is a theme that touches every part of his life.

Samuel "Glock 22" Duperval
Samuel Duperval was born and raised in the county of Miami-Dade, Florida. Miamians would like to say, he blessed this planet on December 23, 1976. He is of Haitian Descent and married to the beautiful Cassandra “Lady Adoration” Gilbert-Duperval. Father of 3 beautiful children, 2 daughters ages 21 and 16, and 1 son in his present marriage age 14. He has his own security company and training center, D-Force 1 Security & Protective Services/ D-Force 1 Training Center. As a Security Officer Instructor, Private Investigator, certified NRA Firearm Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, and a Marshall Guardian for BSO under Broward County Schools, no wonder we call him Glock 22. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with family and close friends, starring in films, going to the gun range, and training people in firearm safety. “Don’t take my kindness for weakness. Michael "Jok3r" Williams
Michael A. Williams was born June 28, 1982 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is an only child raised by his mother Earnestine Williams along with his grandmother, aunt, and uncle. He was reared on the foundation principles of God First, Family, and Service before self and always strives for excellence no matter the task. After graduating high school, Michael moved to Houston, TX to attend Texas Southern University on a music scholarship. He played the baritone horn and is currently a novice bass guitar player. While pursuing his degree in Computer Engineering, he discovered his passion for logistics and supply chain management. With his entrepreneurial spirit, he chose to start his own trucking company. Michael is the father of 4, (Jeremiah, Amari, Jackson & and Keonna.) He married his wife Rani Williams in 2021. When he is not working, which is rare, you can find Michael listening to music, practicing his riffs on the guitar, watching trucking videos, brainstorming new business ventures, or simply enjoying family time. Although Michael has a good-humored and cheerful spirit who loves to see others smile, he is serious about creating a legacy for his family and leaving this world a better place. Simply put, Michael Williams is “The Joker” (Jovial. Open-Minded. Kingdom-Builder. Earnest. Resilient.) but never a joke.
