ABOUT US

  The Founders, TerRhonda Cluberson, Olga M Card, and Tonya Smoot came together with the same dream. To have an effective sisterhood that would bring women together through social events, service, and love. The founders served in leadership positions in a previous organization. They had a strong desire to be different and to empower women to be strong whether married, divorced, single, or in a relationship. With different ideas, God gave them Chi  Sigma Delta Sorority, Inc. He began to pour into them the ideas to develop this great organization and ways to better the members as well as the communities in which we live.

  In 2019, the founders were able to connect with some lovely ladies that became the foundational line. They are known as the Flawless Foundation. The ladies pledged together and gained insight into each other. The founders shared this experience with their line sisters and they crossed the emerald green sands on June 2, 2019.  As a part of the Flawless Foundation Tammie Brown displayed the same vision and tenacity for the organization as the founders so she earned the title of COO.

   As Chi Sigma Delta Sorority, Inc. blossomed new members came along. In the fall of 2019, Tammie was given the task of bringing in a new set of women. This line was the B.A.A.D., she was able to groom her new jags in Chi Queens. One of the members of this line, Andrea Jones, stood out and took on different responsibilities within the organization. Both she and Tammie work alongside the founders to ensure the vision is always upheld with Chi. Because of their hard work and dedication to our sorority, the founders sought fit to make both of them honorary founders. As of January 28, 2023, Tammie Brown and Andrea Jones are officially Honorary Founders of Chi Sigma Delta Sorority Incorporated.

On June 2, 2022, Chi made history again by inducing Chi Sigma Delta Fraternity, Inc. into the organization. Crossing over with 9 exceptional men of valor who share the same values and core principles. Those men were Founders Dominic Jones, Samuel Duperval, Michael Williams, Gregory Allen, Tramaine Coats, Arthur Major, Anthony Bell, Jack James, and Vince Brooks. And we will always honor our Honorary Founder William Huff who has went to be with our Lord in his great kingdom. Constitutionally bound, Chi Sigma Sorority and Fraternity continued to grow and be an impactful force in the community. As time moved on, the hearts and needs changed for some, and the organization took a new direction and merged the two sides into one. We saw the need to refocus our values on faith, family and service so we are now known as Chi Sigma Delta Inc
